The fulfillment of the Great Commission is the responsibility of every Christians. Though all Christians cannot always be on the forefront of major evangelistic endeavours, they can always participate or contribute to such initiatives through partnership. The Webster dictionary defines partnership as the association of two or more persons for the purpose of undertaking and prosecuting any business, particularly trade or manufactures, at their joint expense. The Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is business. It is God's business and has inexhaustible benefits (Matt 6:33). Partnership in God's business means pulling our resources together in order to make maximum impact in touching lives with the Gospel. We believe so much can be accomplished in partnership that carrying out a solitary enterprise (Ecc 4:9-10; Lev 26:8). It is for God's business (the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ) that CYJ is soliciting the partnership of Christian bodies and believers worldwide. CYJ provides diverse avenues of partnership in the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Prominent among the various avenues of partnership is the College of Patrons and Sponsors. Partnership with Local Churches As an arm of the Church, CYJ works closely with local churches to fulfill its vision of reaching out to all with the gospel of salvation and mobilizing youths for Christian activities. In almost all its programmes both at Branch and National level, CYJ always solicit the frantic collaboration and active participation of the local churches. As an interdenominational Ministry CYJ is open to work with Churches of diverse denominations, who agree to partner with us in the Great Commission. We strongly believe the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ transcends denominational barriers, and demands the efforts of Christian youths from diverse background with a heart for God. Partnership with other Ministries CYJ is also open to partner with other Christian Ministries and fellowships with a similar burden for soul winning and a proven commitment in Christian service within and outside Cameroon.
